Les trois fenetres, a converted barn to the very highest standards, offers a large, private south facing terrace, overlooking the vineyards, mountains and the river, with it’s own rockpool for swimming. Holistic therapies are on offer, including refexology, remedial massage, aromatherpy and Indian head massage. The whole apartment features slate flooring (underfloor heating), high beamed ceilings and french doors to both the terrace (50 Sq. metres) and the river. The well appointed bathroom is tiled in Italian marble. There are both north and south facing views. There is period french furniture, together with a bibliotek full of useful information on the area. Nearby is the medieval village of Lagrasse, one of the most beautiful villages in France. This is the heart of the ”Cathar” country and is surrounded by many old castles. Fresh bread is delivered daily from the local village, which has most facilities. Les trois fenetres offers you an excellent base from which to explore one of the hidden treasures of southern France, the Corbieres.
