This property is next to a good bar restaurant and is 30 - 45 minutes drive from the beaches.
Villeneuve is a lively Corbières village in the summer months and is close to the small town of Durban that has banks post offices doctors and supermarket.
Wine cave is open daily for sale of local wines in both places.
